About Central Building Services

Central Building Services started with Hector Munoz, a career-long veteran in the cleaning industry. Hector Munoz has over 25 years of experience and has worked for two of the largest cleaning companies in the San Francisco Bay area.

He started at the bottom and worked his way up to being an Operations Manager. From there, Hector learned about all aspects of the cleaning industry, and then began to think about starting his own cleaning company.

Hector realized he could create a new cleaning company with an environmentally-friendly approach, and so Central Building Services was born.
